Delete your ELA account

Choose your account type and follow the steps below.

Choose your account type

ELA customer

Delete your account in the app

Open the ELA app and sign in.
Go to Profile, then Privacy & Security.
Select Delete Account and review the notice.
Confirm the deletion. You will be signed out when it is complete.

ELA business partner

Send a verified request

Email [email protected] from the address used for your ELA partner account, or use our contact form.
Include your full name, account email address, and partner organisation name.
ELA Support will confirm when your account has been deleted. Never send your password, OTP, API key, or webhook secret.
